NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
ELECTRICAL OUTSIDE AND INSIDE SALES POSITION IN
THE BATAVIA, NEW YORK AREA
Currently we are looking for Inside/Outside Sales with experience in the Electrical Batavia area.
We are looking for a team player who can drive sales by calling on customers a couple days each week. This person will also be responsible for helping customers when they call or come into our Batavia store. Additional responsibilities will include rebalancing the inventory to meet customer’s needs. - Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Provide support on product selection.
- Assist the customer in the resolution of all disputes and claims within warranty.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Geneva, New York Area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer Driven.
- Strong Professional Integrity.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Both written and verbal.
Excellent Organizational Skills. - Previous experience selling electrical materials preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Valid Driver’ License.
- Drug Free.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Progressively manage and maintain contacts with established customers and source new business through prospecting new customers.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, effectively and report potential claims.
- Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions.
- Carry out sales and merchandise programs as directed and recommend new product lines.
- Participate in training classes, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience:
Two to four years industry specific experience is preferred.
Knowledge:
- Broad range knowledge of product lines and pricing.

ELECTRICAL INSIDE SALES/COUNTER SALES
Currently we are looking for Inside Sales/Counters Sales with experience in the Electrical area. Cortland location. These individuals must possess the following:
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
RESPONSIBILITES: Take an active role in handling incoming and outgoing counter sales calls. Provide support on product selection. Coordinate in a timely manner the prompt handling of customer requests included but not limited to order entry, correct pricing, expediting, and correct account billing. Assist the customer in the resolution of all disputes and claims within warranty. Inside counters sales. Put away stock during counter down time. Help unload delivery trucks if needed Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
WORK SCHEDULE:
8:00 to 5:00; Monday through Friday (this may vary by location)
Some overtime may be required.
